Rental Policy

This document will provide you with the policies of renting the Denton Community Center.

Rental Contract

 This document is required to reserve the hall.  Please complete the remaining information and keep one copy for your records. Return one signed copy to me and a $50 nonrefundable deposit at the above address or drop box at the community center.  The date will be reserved once we receive both the deposit and contract.  The remainder of the balance and the $600 damage deposit is due when you pick up the key.  The week of the rental just touch base with Charlotte TeBrink and you can stop in and pay the remainder and check out the key.  Please contact Denton Clerk, Charlotte TeBrink, if you have any questions.
