Rent Information- Denton

• Seats 175
• 16 six foot round tables provided
• 25 eight foot rectangle tables provided
• 200 metal folding chairs. 

(The renter puts and takes down tables)

Prices for Family Reunions, Graduations, etc.

• Sunday-Thursday: $350
• Friday- Saturday $400

This price is for a one day rental. Additional days are half the price of your daily rate rented.

Prices for Wedding Receptions

• Monday-Sunday: $1000 

This price includes a two day rental for set up and tear down.  Additional days are $200 each.

Deposits

• Security deposit: $50 non-refundable
• Damage deposit: $600 due before rental (refunded after clear inspection)

Outside food: Food can be brought in. Kitchen is only a warming kitchen which includes stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, towels, coffeepots, and utensils. 

Alcohol: Contact the Village of Denton to discuss options for serving alcohol. 

For events with more than 75 guests expected, Liquor Vendors are required to serve alcohol. The required Liquor Vendor form can be found at www.lcc.nebraska.gov/.  The Village’s preferred liquor caterers are:  Denton Daily Double, Inc. and Meier’s Cork N Bottle.
